The Resource Allocation Of The State-level Football Special (Primary School) In Fujian Province

This study refer to sports,sports resources,such as campus football related concept,using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis on characteristics of 156 primary school of Fujian Province national football school in all kinds of resources for research,mainly from the human,material and financial resources,organizational resources and so on four aspects of research.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Characteristic school,primary school of Fujian Province national soccer football to a serious shortage of human resources,mainly engaged in football teaching,the teacher only 202 people,an average of only 1.7 football teachers,a school teacher and a background in soccer football only 67 people,on average,each school teacher,0.42 in the156 schools,74 primary schools has not been equipped with a football special teachers,many schools of football is other subject teachers part-time teachers.2.73% of football teachers do not have the certificate of teaching level.Many football teachers are looking forward to further learning the skills,tactics and theories of football teaching level.However,due to many reasons,this situation is difficult to change,which has a lot to do with the policies and the superior departments.3.Characteristic school,primary school of Fujian Province national football material resources there is insufficient space,while in the investigation of 156 schools in every school there is a football field at least,but many of the school's football field is Shared by basketball and football,also has a great influence to the school's football work.4.The school basically meets the needs of daily teaching and training in equipment configuration.Basically every year to meet the same period of class equipment requirements.The equipment required here refers to ordinary football teaching equipment,such as football,logo stick,logo disc,etc.5.There is a big imbalance in the financial resources of primary schools with national football characteristics in Fujian Province.Some schools have abundant football funds while others are seriously short of funds.There are many reasons for this.6.The spatial layout of Fujian Provincial primary schools with national football characteristics is unbalanced.The proportion of characteristic schools in coastal areas is higher than that in western Fujian and northern Fujian,and the regional layout is also unreasonable.7.Primary school of Fujian province national football features in organization and management in the school,there are 62 schools and social organizations,through external coaches or outside football full-time teachers to strengthen the school's teaching level,each school has a group of established field of men's,women's football team,according to launch all kinds of school football game.In terms of learning cultural construction,I also propagated relevant football knowledge through various channels such as blackboard newspapers,paintings and cultural publicity column...
