With the development of educational informatization and reform of primary and secondary teacher training mode, how to use information technology to optimize teacher training has drew a lot of scholars’ attention. Network training community which can create flexible, personalized learning environment and communize and normalize teacher training, becomes a new teacher training model. So far, it has been used in numbers of provinces, resulting in positive impact in practice. But it must be acknowledged that outstanding problems still exist, such as single teacher training method, lack of training pertinence and enthusiasm of teachers’participation, etc. So how to make better use of network training communities in teacher training and enhance the quality and level of teacher training becomes an important issue to be solved urgently now.The network training community of primary and secondary teachers as the carrier, and the convergence of school-based training and network training as historical background, this study analyses domestic and foreign literatures of network training community and the training mode of teacher using literature analysis method to understand status quo of teacher training. Then using the case study method, social network analysis method to carry out the empirical study of primary and secondary teacher training activities based on network training communities, this study summarizes the current problems in the process of network training of teachers, and analyzes causes of problems. Finally, concentrating on the collective lesson preparation, observation and assessment curriculum, seminar, heterogeneous forms for the same subject, and subject study five research activities, this study puts forward the building of teacher training mode based on the network research community, and the improvement strategy based on specific training activities case, in order to solve the common problems existing in teacher training, and provide new thought and method for teacher training based on network training community.
