Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China puts forwards “Standards for the Construction of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges and Universities” in which called for that “we should reform the way of examination and assessment,establish a scientific and comprehensive assessment system,and emphasize process assessment.” Assessment is an important part of education.Assessment has an important guiding effect on Ideological Moral Cultivation and Law Basic Course.Only scientific and reasonable assessment methods can reflect the level of students objectively as well as achieve the teaching objectives smoothly.As a baton,assessment has an important guiding role for the whole process of personnel training.Study on new assessment methods for Ideological Moral Cultivation and Law Basic Course is mainly to study on who to assess,what to assess and how to take it.Who to assess decides who to listen to,what to assess decides what to learn and how to assess decides how to learn.Moreover,there is continuity and interaction between different subjects in the whole teaching process.Assessment methods and achievements in the preceding stage often affect the learning methods and attitudes in the later stage.Establishing scientific and reasonable assessment methods can arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers and students,which is beneficial to the development of students’ comprehensive and creative ability.Thus it’s helpful to achieve the goal of political work in colleges and universities and improve the quality of Ideological and Moral Cultivation Law Basic Course.This paper can be divided into six parts and the concrete contents are as follows.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces study background,study significance,study status,study methods and its innovation.The second part is the conceptual definition and theoretical basis.The third part is about the urgency of study on new assessment methods for Ideological Moral Cultivation and Law Basic Course,which analyzes the existing problems,the causes and the necessities of reformation.The fourth part is about the principles and goals of the study on new assessment methods of Ideological Moral Cultivation and Law Basic Course.These principles mainly include all-staff assessment principle,whole-process assessment principle and omni-directional assessment principle.The goals of this study mainly include establishing a scientific assessment model to improve the teaching effect,building a harmonious teacher-student relationship to promote learning power and creating a long-term mechanism to promote the style of school and study.The fifth part is the focus of this paper,namely the implementation system of study on new assessment methods for Ideological Moral Cultivation and Law Basic Course.This part mainly includes establishing the authoritative position in the curriculum system,set up the “Three Full Education” mechanism and the score model.The sixth part is the conclusion.This paper puts forward the significance of study on assessment method for Ideological Moral Cultivation and Law Basic Course from the point of view of reforming the evaluation methods and improving the evaluation standard.This paper puts forward the “Three Full Education” assessment methods including all-staff assessment,whole-process assessment and omni-directional assessment from the point of view of paying more attention to students’ practical ability.This paper also puts forward to establish the “Three Full Education” assessment model,which makes students under the condition of stress examination and self-education in the whole process of each semester in each school year from the point of view of specific implementation,which is of great significance for popularization and reference.
