| Many scholars have conducted relevant researches on targeted poverty alleviation through social work.Most of these studies focus on the feasibility and advantages of social work intervention in targeted poverty alleviation from the theoretical aspects,lack of practical intervention research.Therefore,this paper studies how social work can participate in targeted poverty alleviation,which is based on the practice of case social work involving two targeted poverty alleviation households.Then,from the perspective of case social work,the author collected data and information through field investigation and interview,comprehensively elaborating the precise poverty alleviation policy,as well as existing problems in T village,so as to understand and analyze the needs of targeted poverty alleviation households.Choosing case social work as a method,according to the status and requirements of two precision poor households,which are poor due to disability and education respectively,this paper designs two different service solutions.Subsequently,by using the case social work method,this study try to solve the problems of targeted poverty alleviation in material and spiritual problems,and help them out of poverty finally.This paper comes to the following three conclusions:First,although the ultimate goal of targeted poverty alleviation and the intervention of case work in targeted poverty alleviation is to help the poverty alleviation target,compared with targeted poverty alleviation,the target of case work also pays attention to the psychological and spiritual aspects of the family members of poverty alleviation target.Second,although the intervention of social case work into rural targeted poverty alleviation has incomparable advantages over administrative poverty alleviation in terms of its emphasis on quantifying the various indices according to various circumstances,preventing poor households from returning to poverty,paying attention to mental status of the supported objects and so on,there also remain shortcomings:the lack of professional social workers and low efficiency of social case work in rural areas.Third,the development of social work is relatively backward in villages of both rich and poor regions,which making it necessary for the government to vigorously promote Rural Social Work. |
