With China's economy has entered a period of New Normal, economic structure is facing restructuring and upgrading, more and more enterprises have encountered bottlenecks in their development. In particular,labor-intensive enterprises have been greatly affected. However, lacking of knowledge and skills, frontline staff are most vulnerable on account of the plight of the development of labor-intensive enterprises.Considering their own pay and career prospects, their sense of identity and belonging to the enterprise is relatively low. However, frontline staff are the basic force to support the transformation and upgrading of enterprises as well as the backup talents after the successful transformation and upgrading of enterprises. Therefore, enhancing their sense of belonging is particularly important for the development of enterprises. On the basis of reading and analyzing substantial literature about sense of belonging and groupwork, this study takes A Industrial Park in Zhongshan city as example, and investigates 189 frontline staffby using questionnaire and interview method. Then,we know the general overview of the sense of belonging of frontline staff. The results show that the score of the sense of accomplishment, identity andvalue is relatively higher than the sense of fairness and mission. The following characteristics can also be seen: first, sense of identity is lower than that of workshop managers and shows an age differences in their recognition of corporate governance system and practices.Second, the sense of fair distribution is relatively low,and lack of opportunity to participate in program development and decision-making.Third,self-cognition and evaluation are vague.Fourth, sense of joy is strong in their work performance and sense of accomplishment is high.Fifth, sense of mission is relatively low,but relatively high among middle and high-level executives.has no significant difference in length of employment. The main factorsfor inducing the sense of belonging of front line employees in labor-intensive enterprises are unfair pay distribution, poor job promotion channels, poor communication between staff and managers, lack of interpersonal relations and lack of corporate culture. In this regard,we use group work to intervene in staff career planning, staff and management communication mode, corporate culture construction and other issues.By establishing the support groups, sharing the ideals, interacting and communicating together to create a good organizational atmosphere,we haschanged employees' cognition to the enterprise, and the mean value of the sense of fairness and value have risen greatly, therefore we can enhance the frontline staff's sense of belonging to the enterprise.
