The classroom is the main place to implement teaching,classroom teaching ability is the core of teachers' ability structure elements.The language teacher's classroom teaching to point to develop the students language core literacy,teachers in the classroom teaching emphasize the core accomplishment of students' Chinese language and the training of thinking,aesthetic and cultural.The article focuses on the two key issues of “Chinese Core Literacy” and “High School Chinese Classroom Teaching”,taking the high school Chinese teacher's classroom teaching as the research object,students' core language accomplishments can be cultivated by improving the classroom teaching ability of high school Chinese teachers.Questionnaire surveys and interviews were conducted to investigate the status of classroom teaching ability of Chinese teachers and students in a high school in Nanchang City,the survey finds that the main problems in classroom teaching for senior high school teachers are lack of understanding of mother tongue,lack of understanding of core qualities,lack of instructional design skills,lack of overall ability to grasp classroom teaching,lack of initiative in teaching reflection,neglect of educational research,and Poor self-learning ability.The main reason is that self development consciousness weak,job burnout,lack of innovation quality,lack of professional guidance and training.On this basis,discusses the core quality horizon,the cultivation of high school Chinese teachers' classroom teaching ability ",summarize the refined to strengthen the understanding of the language classroom teaching,to fully understand the Chinese core quality,improve the ability of teaching design,the overall grasp five strategies,classroom teaching,pay attention to the teacher in order to improve the ability of high school language teacher the classroom teaching,improve students' ability to use language construction and and thinking development and improve ability,aesthetic appreciation and understanding ability,creative ability,cultural inheritance and development of students' language core literacy,help students better adapt to individual development and social development needs for life.
