Research On The Current Situation Of Safeguarding Children's Rights To Play In Urban Households

All stages of early childhood growth are inextricably linked to the game.The game exists in every aspect of the child's life and plays a crucial role.Compared with children's right to life,education and other rights,children's game rights are in the forgotten corner of the adult world,there is no special legal provisions to protect them.Therefore,it is especially necessary for adults to respect and protect the rights of children's games.Based on the theory of human rights theory and natural rights theory,this study investigates the status of protection of game rights for parents of young children based on the prevailing situation in which children's game rights are infringed.From the aspects of concept,right to provide,security and right to participate in infant game rights,infant family annual income,kinship,parental education,parents age,child's gender,and children's age are taken as important influencing factors for parent's protection of game rights,collate and analyze the collected data.The results show that: The annual income of infant families and children's right to provide a significant difference;kinship and game participation rights show significant differences;children's age and game protection and participation rights have significant differences;children's parents education level to protect children's games The influence of power is the most significant.It shows significant differences with the protection and participation rights of children's games,and the differences are more obvious.Specifically speaking,the protection of game rights by parents of young children mainly has the following problems: Parents' understanding of the concept of game rights is relatively simple and there are certain errors;parents have serious fears about learning to learn legal documents;parents attach great importance to the protection of children's game safety rights.Parents' participation in games is not enough,guidance for children's games is not deep enough,Long understands the relationship between children's games and learning inaccurately,provides abundant material materials for children's games,and controls electronic products strictly.The analysis of the reasons for the problems mainly includes: the traditional mode of division of labor between men and womenwithin the family changed;the parents' concept of parenting was rather obsolete;parents' legal protection awareness was weak;parents' concept of consumption gradually changed;The law-enforcement work of infant game rights needs to be improved;the pressure of school selection spreads to the parent groups of young children.According to this,the government,parents,and kindergartens put forward targeted recommendations.The government: adopts legislation,knowledge,and usage in three steps.Among them,a special bill is enacted at the legislative level to protect the rights of young children;the right to play is known in terms of knowledge of laws.The concept is to cultivate awareness of parental legal protection;to clear information channels in usage and ensure the protection of children's game rights.Parents: establish a scientific concept of infant games,improve the protection of game rights;actively participate in and guide children's games;provide appropriate and rich game materials;correctly guide children to use electronic products.Kindergarten: Strengthen the role of kindergartens in the communication between parents and the government.
