With the improvement of modern parents knowledge level and economic ability, sports cognition and the pressure of taking exams for the senior high school entrance examination are intertwined, more and more parents support children to use their spare time to study sports. In addition, the country’s continuous preference for sports industry policies,The youth sports training industry has ushered in a period of rapid development. However, behind a thriving scene, problems caused by rapid explosive growth have gradually emerged.Studies have found that the use of violence by coaches is very common, accounting for 28%,corporal punishment or disguised corporal punishment has reached 18.8%,81.45% of students have been harmed by language in teaching activities. In addition, the phenomenon of school violence among students also exists. In training institutions,49.2% of students said they had committed violence to others, and 87.3% of students had experienced violence. In the major safety accidents of students engaged in sports activities, the site factor accounts for 34%.In addition, problems such as excessive class size and insufficient training layering have become prominent, causing violations of children’s rights. The occurrence of these phenomena seriously affects children’s physical and mental health. This study takes Gansu Province as an example. From 127 formal registered basketball training institutions,a combination of stratified sampling and random sampling is used to select 18 institutions as the research objects, with 403 students and52 coaches as the survey objects.Use the literature data method to understand the content of children’s rights in sports activities and the protection of children’s rights in our country.Using the questionnaire survey method,403 valid questionnaires for students and 52 valid questionnaires for coaches were obtained for investigation and research.Use mathematical statistics to investigate coaches and students and process data. After analysis,it is found that the main body of violation of children’s rights consists of three parts, namely, coaches, teammates, and organization management.First, the infringement of coaches mainly focuses on hard violence, soft violence, unreasonable training plans, and discriminatory treatment in the teaching process. The study found that physical violence and corporal violence accounted for 63.03% and72.46% of coaches’ hard violence, respectively, and language violence and cold violence accounted for 83.62% and 45.16% of soft violence,respectively;30% of coaches did not formulate training during the teaching process.Plan or teach based on subjective experience;further research found that boys are more likely to suffer from coach violence than girls, the higher the level of economic development, the lower the coach’s violence, the higher the level of education, the full-time,and the higher the level of coaching violent behavior.,The higher the training frequency, the higher the cognitive score of the violent behavior of the coach.Second, the infringement of teammates is mainly manifested in school violence among students, which also exists in training institutions.31.26% of children participated in or experienced school violence among students during the training process.Further research has found that girls have higher cognitive scores on violence than boys, and they have the lowest cognitive scores for both perpetrators and victims. The higher the level of economic development, the higher the cognitive scores for children’s violent behaviors.Third, the infringement of training institutions is mainly manifested in the hidden safety hazards of the venues and facilities, and the excessively large number of courses.89% of the training institutions have hidden safety hazards in the venues;training institutions with more than 20 students account for 63.46%.Through the analysis of the reasons for the infringement of children’s rights in training institutions, this study believes that, firstly, the distorted understanding of traditional culture,as well as the insufficiency of mandatory norms and the intertwining of coaches’ personal qualities are the main reasons for coaches’ infringement.Second, children’s personality characteristics, cognitive biases, emotional effects, and personality weakness are the causes of school violence among students in training institutions.Third, the lack of policies and laws to clearly regulate the rights of children in the process of sports activities and the problems of training institutions themselves are the reasons for the infringement of training institutions. This research conducted a survey of basketball training institutions in Gansu Province, analyzed the status quo, influence, factors, and protection of child abuse in training institutions, and concluded that: First, enrich publicity methods and strengthen the awareness of children’s rights.Second, intensify review efforts to improve the quality of coaches.Third, strictly control the entry barriers for coaches and strengthen supervision.Specific suggestions include: the introduction of "power of punishment" in sports training activities, detailed legislation on the protection of children’s rights, and setting up a preventive system for supervisory departments.
