Study On Hunan Higher Vocational Education Policy Promoting Its Development

Since the reform and opening up,Hunan's economy has developed rapidly.With the rapid development of science and technology,higher vocational colleges have been upgraded.The policy of education is the guiding direction for the development of higher vocational education.We must understand the development process of Hunan's higher vocational education policy and the current situation of the development;learn from the advanced experience of advanced vocational education policy in developed countries;explore the problems in higher vocational education policy.The thesis uses Public Policy Analysis Theory and the Theory of Advocacy Coalition as a theoretical guide to address the problems that currently impede the connotation development of higher vocational education in our province.It also discusses how to promote the development of higher vocational education policy according to the law of higher vocational education.Author will try to provide a valuable reference for the development,reform and innovation of higher vocational education policy in Hunan.
