| Objective:In order to improve the exercise intention and behavior of middle school studentsand promote the middle school students’ physical health level of ascension,Using the structural equation model to explore the external exercise support,subjective norm,perceived value and behavior control of middle school students’ exercise intention of influence,improve middle school students’ exercise intention of and to get the strategies.Methods:taking 1590 middle school students in Yangzhou as investigation object,using self-made questionnaire from family support,community support,school support,subjective norm,perceived value and perceived risk,behavior control and exercise intention survey,analyze the reliability of the questionnaire.AMOS20.0 was used to analyze the structural equation model,and the hypothesis model which affected the exercise intention was fitted with the fitting test and the effect estimate.Results:The hypothesis modeling effects of external exercise support(family support,community support,school support)on exercise intention were all fitted.The direct effect of family support on exercise intention is significant(β=0.156,p<0.001),and the indirect effect of exercise on exercise intention is significant through the mediation of subjective norms and perceived values;the direct effect of community support on exercise intention is significant.(β=0.096,p=0.002).The indirect effects of subjective norms,perceived value,and behavioral control on exercise intention are significant;the direct effect of school support on exercise intention is significant(β=0.169,p<0.001).The indirect effects of subjective norms and perceived values on exercise intention are significant.Conclusions:(1)In Yangzhou,more than half of the middle school students’ physical exercise behavior status shows that the exercise behavior is moderate and low.The middle school student’s exercise intention is 3.14,which is slightly higher than 3.It indicates that the exercise intention of middle school students in Yangzhou needs further improvement.(2)The factors that affect the exercise intention of middle school students in Yangzhou are:family support,community support,school support,subjective norms,perceived value,and behavior control.(3)Based on the analysis of the data structure equation model,family support can directly influence exercise intentions.It also indirectly influences exercise intentions through subjective norms and perceived values.Community support can directly influence exercise intentions,and can also be based on subjective norms,perceived values,and behaviors.Control as an intermediary indirectly affects the exercise intention;school support can directly influence exercise intentions,and it can indirectly influence exercise intentions through subjective norms and perceived values.(4)Through the multiple mediation model that supports the effect of exercise on the exercise intention,we can see that after adopting the packaging strategy,the model has a better degree of fit and the influence among various factors is more significant,indicating that the exercise intention of exercise behavior for middle school students in Yangzhou is not only affected by the single factor of the family,community or school,it is the result of the combined effects of these three factors.Therefore,a better external atmosphere should be created to improve the students’ exercise intention and promote their exercise behavior. |
