| The comprehensive two-child policy was implemented in China on January 1,2016.Policy has had a profound effect on family structure and social life.Under the current situation of promoting equality between men and women in our country,as a woman,we will be under more pressure of family bearing and career development.In the implementation of the "separate two-child" policy,there has been a cold encounter,especially when working women have given up the second child after taking into account career development factors such as salary and promotion.If the social rights and professional development of the subject are not fully taken into account in the process of the birth policy,then the policy will encounter obstacles in the implementation process.Analysis of the labor market development report,two prominent problems of Chinese women’s career development are: The labor participation rate of the sex workers showed a significant downward trend,and there are obvious human barriers to the advancement of women.After the universal two-child policy was promoted,the female career development was negatively affected by the policy.The current status of female professionals is:the average salary for female professionals is lower than that of men;the number and quality of training offered by women is lower than that of men;and career opportunities for women are lower than men’s.The research and analysis has shown that female professionals are at a disadvantage in the workplace.Therefore,choose career women as the research object,observe fertility policy adjustment of professional women’s physical and mental health,economic cost and impact on the level of career development and family relations,from the perspective of women to re-examine the policy effect,arouse public awareness of the professional women,realize the contradiction of professional women choose to have two children,giving women more support and humanistic care.The core argument of this study is that after the implementation of the two-child policy,the fairness of women’s career development needs the joint maintenance of the government,enterprises,families and professional women themselves.It mainly studies from the following three aspects,including: The influence of two-child policy on professional women was analyzed from the perspective of positive influence and negative influence;based on the analysis of the current status of female employees,this paper analyzes the current situation of women’s work and career development opportunities of women,and the negative influence of the two-child policy on female career development,and after the implementation of the two-child policy,the improvement and adjustment of women’s career development strategies are made from three aspects: the state,enterprises and female employees.Through interviews with professional women in many enterprises,it is found that the two-child policy has both positive and negative effects on professional women.The positive effects include: expanding the reproductive space of professional women and improving the family happiness of working women.The negative effects include increasing the physical and mental burden of working women,increasing the financial burden of working women,and increasing the complexity of working and family relationships.The study also found that the plight of female professionals under the two-child policy was related to higher turnover rate,lower employment intention and lower employment return.The two-child policy increases the barriers to entry of professional women into the workplace;Female professional training and promotion opportunities are denied;Having a second child and having difficulty in finding employment;The birth process has reduced the competitiveness of female professionals.Finally,this study puts forward the adjustment strategy of female career development from three aspects: country,enterprise and female employee.Through the analysis of "comprehensive two children" policy under the background of female employment,understand the plight of female employment and workplace discrimination for women,put forward the corresponding countermeasure to alleviate these problems may arise,to better carry out the full two child policy. |
