A Study On The Strategies Of Encouraging The Second Child Bearing Willingness Of Professional Women In Tai’an City

From 1970 years China began to implement the one-child policy.The one-child model has been vigorously implemented,effectively controlling the rapid growth of the population,the transition from high fertility to low fertility has been realized,It has a significant impact on the economic and social development.With the rapid development of economy,the demographic dividend is gradually disappearing,the fertility rate continues to decline,and the population aging is becoming more and more serious.In this regard,China’s population policy has been adjusted,from one-child families can have a second child to every family can have two children,five years after the implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy,the expected fertility accumulation has not come.In order to solve this problem,we need to master the childbearing age group’s childbearing willingness and solve the difficulties in the implementation of fertility policy.In addition,the corresponding incentive strategies should be formulated.Women aged 22 to 49 are the main force of fertility groups and the target of fertility policy.Their fertility willingness is very representative.This paper takes women of childbearing age in Tai’an City as the research object,through semi-structured interviews and online questionnaires to understand the childbearing age women’s second child bearing willingness and related influencing factors,and uses SPSS software to analyze the collected data.Through the study,we found that the implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy,to a certain extent,released the childbearing age women’s desire to have a second child.A small number of women of childbearing age are willing to have a second child,but most of them give up having another child.In the process of implementing the "comprehensive two child" policy,there are some problems,such as weak influence of the policy,insufficient maternal and child health care services,uneven allocation of educational resources,lack of supporting Fertility Policies,and insufficient employment security for women.The main reasons are the lack of supporting policies,the restriction of economic income,and the influence of fertility concept.From the perspective of encouraging fertility,this paper puts forward four strategies,We should optimize the "comprehensive two child" fertility policy and enhance the fertility willingness of women of childbearing age by guiding the change of fertility concept,improving the birth support policy,strengthen the supply of public resources,and improving the women’s occupational security system.
