China's sports industry has been developing itself,and its impact on the social economy,culture,environment and tourism industry is particularly obvious.At the same time the state council on promoting the development of sports industry related policy,prompted China's large and medium-sized cities to hold big sporting event for economic and social benefits brought by the sports event.The outline of the "healthy China 2030" and the deepening of the structural reform of the supply side of sports industry have put forward higher requirements for the operation and management of sports events in China.At present our country many emerging city marathon competitions held in generally appear in the process of operation management theory is relatively backward,the lack of practical experience relative,most events have not yet get rid of the traditional game mode of operation management.Began in 2015 at the Shenyang marathon after three years evolve its operational management level improved,in the successful completion of the harvest of word of mouth still exist at the same time the management system of the event mechanism,the brand positioning,the market development and competition of the event is to develop space project Settings,etc.In view of the above phenomenon in this article,through carding the status of Shenyang marathon operation management,using the methods of literature study and expert interview,field investigation of Shenyang in recent 3 years marathon event management operating system mechanism,the organization and management,the brand positioning of the event,event marketing and media news propaganda,and event comprehensive security aspects of in-depth investigation and analysis,the following conclusions:First,Shenyang events of the specifications of the increase year by year,brand influence has been a steady increase,the Shenyang aspects such as society,economy,culture and tourism industry have a bigger role,on the city brand building and the national fitness promotion effect is obvious.Second,the actual operation of the competition still has not escaped the traditional competition management mode of imprisonment,tangible assets,intangible assets and other development deficiencies.Thirdly,the positioning of the competition is not clear,and the competition project is not targeted.Fourth,the use of new media channels and platforms to compare with domestic and foreign competitions is still a big gap.Fifth,the volunteer team service consciousness,supporting hardware and software setup details need to be improved.Through the analysis of project of Shenyang marathon,mainly around the previous marathon exposed the problems in the process of operation management puts forward the solution and rationalization proposal:first,changing idea,get rid of the traditional competition management run competitions thinking.Secondly,to improve the level of competition.Third,adapt to market demand and implement brand strategy.
