With the rapid development of China's social economy,the sports industry has gradually entered a stage of rapid development;as an important part of the sports industry,with the support of the state and government policies,more and more marathons are being launched nationwide.Greatly promoted the development of the sports industry.With the rapid development of the Internet and the increase of Chinese netizens,the Internet and life are inseparable;the Internet is also closely linked to the marathon.Marathon runners learn about marathon related information through the Internet and register for the competition;and on the Internet Commenting on participating events has formed a large amount of online text data,and these data have become a new research perspective in the field of marathon research.From the perspective of network texts,this article selects the network texts left by the Nanjing Marathon runners on the Internet as research data in 2019 to study the operation of the Nanjing Marathon and contribute to the development of the Nanjing Marathon.This research uses the literature data method,grounded theory method,web text analysis method,and expert interview method as the research methods,using the octopus reptile software to crawl the data source with love burning network,Baidu Tieba,Weibo,Zhihu and horseshoe sports.Regarding the online text data of the 2019 Nanjing Marathon participants;using the rooted theory to encode the data in three layers to construct the theory of the marathon operation system,combined with the author's analysis of the online text data of the 2019 Nanjing Marathon participants' network text data,and through related Collected and interviewed information about the Nanjing Marathon;analyzed the operation of the Nanjing Marathon from the seven dimensions of competition organization,event management,event execution,market development,media promotion,event guarantee and post-match evaluation to find out the 2019 Nanjing Marathon Problems and deficiencies in the operation of competitions.After research and analysis,it is found that the following problems exist in the 2019 Nanjing Marathon:(1)the design of the track needs to be balanced;(2)the development of the event market is not enough;(3)the media publicity and the regulation of public opinion are insufficient;(4)the safety of the event There are gaps in the road traffic control;(5)The service of the information platform needs to be improved;(6)The details of the event management need to be improved;the following suggestions are made according to the problems(1)Optimize the track design and balance the difficulty of the track;(2)Strengthen the construction of event information platform and improve service quality(3)Market-oriented Operation is the goal to increase the development of the event market;(4)monitor the image of the event and strengthen the media's positive energy publicity reports;(5)improve the ability of the event support;(6)Pay attention to the experience of competitors and improve the details of event management.
