Effect of taking yoga core stability of middle school aerobics practitioners as the research object, using the method of literature, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, logical analysis and other research methods, the study reached the following conclusions:Before the experiment, the experimental group and the control group of middle school aerobics practitioners in the star equilibrium test, no significant difference and the ratio of right leg to leg length in all directions of the elongation value. But after a period of yoga exercise, in some direction of aerobics practitioners elongation value and the ratio of leg length have different degrees of growth; after the experiment, the experimental group and the control group aerobics practitioners in the star equilibrium test, in 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 on the direction of the right leg the elongation value appeared significant difference test, but the test scores in every other direction of elongation value does not exist significant differences. This shows that yoga training only in 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 direction for enhancing the core stability of the aerobics practitioners have a significant effect on the. Thus it can be seen, yoga and not at all in the direction of aerobics practitioners have enhanced core stability enhancement effect of aerobics practitioners; core stability in different directions is significant for yoga training of middle school students, and the routine training of middle school aerobics practitioners core stability in different directions without obvious change.This shows that yoga training in enhancing middle school aerobics practitioners core stability of athletes in different direction of the significant effect, therefore, the yoga training as reinforcing basic means of middle school aerobics practitioner’s core stability, conducive to further improve the technical movement of aerobics practitioners finish quality of middle school students.
