In the early 20th century, some European and American scholars began to recognize the important role of trunk muscles which was used in the main strength of fitness and rehabilitation training methods in the past extended to the field of competitive sports. The "core stability" theory was based on the study of the trunk from the mechanics, neurophysiology and rehabilitation. The theory has been aroused strong repercussions by many countries in the world sports training sector, and promoted a number of sports training in the practice of the reform movement. Since 2003, the National Physical Fitness Association (NSCA) published research articles about core stability training methods every year. In recent years, the "core stability" theory has been taken seriously gradually in our country, "the Chinese sports coaches," "Swimming" and other magazines published this kind of articles too.Sports Aerobics is a special technology, which demands athletes a lot to control their body in completing the whole actions. Therefore, the application of core stability training in the Aerobics athletic training practice is to improve athletes' ability. Controlling the body is the main point for this paper. This study attempts to proceed from the practice of sports training, which applies to the general practice of colleges and universities sports Aerobics training to practical training and research with core stability training theory. This paper has great reference and research value in further deepening the reform of high-level sports training and enhancing athletic performance in aerobics athletes.In this study, the research of core stability training theory is based on its background, the connotation and the development of deep study through the literature, expert interviews, a questionnaire survey method, measurement, training, experimental method, logic analysis. It uses the application of mathematical statistics for processing of experimental data and analysis, research results show that:1. Conventional strength training aerobics athletes vigil for balance, back and abdominal strength has a significant effect (P<0.01); But for the athletes body composition, power balance and control while the effect is not obvious (P>0.01).2. Aerobics training is composed of diversity training form, diversity training contents and diversity training methods, multi-dimensional evaluation under the guidance of the training model of core stability training.3. Aerobics training is performed by three training forms through overcoming self-training, a single light equipment training and integrated training equipment under the guidance of the training model of core stability training.4. Aerobics training has a significant difference on body composition before and after training of the athletes paired T test indicators (P <0.01) under the guidance of the training model of core stability training. This shows that aerobics training under the guidance of core stability training has an obvious effect on the athlete's athletic ability, but this effect only can be achieved by long-term and systematic training.5. Aerobics training has a significant difference on testing the impact of balance control of trained athletes (P <0.01) under the guidance of the training model of core stability training. The main reason is that the core stability training is in non-steady state and the three-dimensional space of the training. The core area of the human body is in a central location, the movement of the limbs plays an important role. We can see that the theory of aerobics training under the guidance of core stability training will help athletes control body balance capabilities through testing before and after training.6. Aerobics training has a significant difference on testing the strength and abdominal muscles forces of trained athletes (P <0.01) under the guidance of the training model of core stability training. The reason is that the core stability training is main strength training. In the training process, the effective training design of training contents, methods improves the athletes' strength and muscle strength of back muscles. We can see that the theory of aerobics training under the guidance of core stability training will improve athletes' strength and abdominal muscles through testing before and after training.7. Through the experimental research and training in the two-stage inspection before and after the measurement showed that the core stability training athletes in the control of body balance is better than conventional strength training aerobics.8. The application of aerobics training under the guidance of core stability has changed the traditional balance training.
