The concept of core stability theory first began in the theory of human spineanatomy, physiology, rehabilitation of field is mainly used in the human body. Core stability training is a pointer to thestability of core body muscles, strength and balance ability training. Competitiveaerobics as a "hidden Olympic sports," the state and government departments to support,has become the international athletic sports on a new project. With the continuousimprovement of the level of competitive calisthenics. Studies of competitive aerobicstraining method are also more and more. Therefore, the use of core stability training toimprove the competitive aerobics athlete’s balance control ability, strength, quality,specialized skills ability as the starting point of this thesis research.This article USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method,experimental method, measuring method, data analysis, and expert interview method forstudy. In Shandong sports college professional30students of competitive aerobicsathlete as experimental object, randomly divided into two groups of equal Numbers.Core stability of the experimental group to join training intervention, at the same time in12weeks of regular strength training and core stability training, through before and afterthe experiment data were analyzed..The results of the study:(1)The core stability training can help student athletes in sports, quickly adjust thetension of joints, muscles around, making it more harmonious, and help to improve thebalance ability of student athletes.(2)Core stability training is part of the strength training, is to improve students’physical strength one of the important premise of athletes, the experiment of studentathletes push-ups and30seconds for15seconds exist significant impact on theinfluence of back muscle, can more effectively improve the students’ physical quality.(3)After the core strength training, student athletes got give full play to the specialtechnology, compared with control group, experimental group15seconds of jump legand right Angle support had a significant improvement.
