Competitive aerobics is a sport that under the musical accompaniment,show the complex,beautiful and high difficult movements continuously,requiring practitioners alternates dynamic and static movements in three-dimensional space,and completing all kinds of lifting,support and cooperation actions.To complete a series of actions,it's imperative to own good physical quality,especially the core stability ability.In the early 1960 s,there was Holdsworth's two column theory,and Panjabi invented the famous Sanya model in 1992,constituting the theoretical basis of the study of core stability theory,in the guidance of scientific theory,the domestic and foreign scholars integrated it into competitive sports.With the continuous improvement of competitive sports' level,the advanced science and technology has been widely applied to sports training and competition,however because of the increasingly comprehensive physical demands,and increasingly diversified training methods and means,the existing training methods and means have been unable to meet the development of the core stability training.Therefore,it's urgent to find other creative ways,the more,the better.Based on this background,this paper illustrates the theory and method of the foam roller training,and evaluate the effect through experiments,aiming to improve the competitive aerobics fitness,especially the core stability,providing another channel.The paper used the method of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.On the basis of theory of core stability training and the foam roller,applying the roller into aerobics training.The experiment was carried out on 2013 classes of aerobics classes in Hu Bei Normal University.The results show that:1.There's not enough attention on competitive aerobics' core stability training,and the training means and methods are simple to some extent,even more,some of the coaches equal the core strength and core stability training,resulting in the unobvious training effect.To some extent,the foam roller training makes up for the deficiency of the traditional core stability training method,which plays a certain role in stimulating the complete set of competitive aerobics.2.The experimental data of the two groups were compared after the 12 weeks' foam roller training,,the students in the experimental group balance control ability,power quality and special skills and other indicators,increasing significantly more than the control group students,illustrating the core stability training to improve the foam roller competitive aerobics special students the effect is more obvious.3.The paper combined the technical characteristics of competitive aerobics and its characteristics with the foam roller training,training forms,contents,methods and diagnostic aspects summed up the foam roller using scheme,it will provide guidance and advice for competitive aerobics equipment when training core stability at unstable stage in the future.
