As a fitness APP for mass sports service platform,it has a significant advantage in the dissemination of sports knowledge information and physical exercise instruction.As one of the general users of fitness apps,college students have become an unstoppable trend through the use of fitness apps.Physical exercise attitude and behavior is an important and indispensable part of college students' sports life,its sports development of college students play an important role,whether use the fitness class APP on college students' physical exercise influence on the attitude and behavior development,worth probe.This paper mainly adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.Through investigation and analysis of fitness apps,I learned about the current status of fitness APP development;Through investigation and analysis of the current situation of college students' use of fitness apps,they learned about the use of fitness apps by college students;The research and analysis of college students' physical training attitude and behavior development are affected by the fitness APP.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)the development of fitness apps in China is developing rapidly and is trusted by the majority of users;The fitness APP has the characteristics of science,convenience,sociability and economy.The main functions of the fitness APP include data recording function,social function,developing training plan function and video teaching function.(2)the fitness class APP is more popular among college students.The main way for college students to learn about fitness apps is weibo,We Chat;The main purpose of college students' use of fitness APP is to monitor sports data,supervise and urge exercise and learn sports skills.The most popular types of fitness apps for college students include data records,custom exercise programs,social functions,physical education and video teaching.The time,frequency and time of using a fitness APP are good for college students.(3)the use of fitness apps by college students has a positive effect on the formation of physical exercise attitude;There was no obvious difference between male and female students using fitnessAPP,but the overall attitude of physical exercise was good.Continue to use the fitness class APP at different times,different frequency dimension has an effect on college students' individual physical exercise attitude,but the longer continuous use fitness class APP,use frequency is higher,relatively,college students' overall sports attitude in good condition;Fitness classes each use APP time for college students has the positive effect of physical exercise attitude,fitness classes each use APP,the longer impact on college students' physical exercise attitude more motivated.(4)use fitness class APP of college students' physical exercise behavior are superior to unused fitness class APP of college students,fitness class APP on college students' development has a positive effect of physical exercise behavior;The fitness APP has a great influence on the development of physical exercise behavior of male college students.Continued use of fitness class APP time,frequency,and each use fitness class time on college students' physical exercise behavior of APP development has the enthusiasm,the influence of college students continue to use the longer fitness class APP,the higher the frequency,and the longer the time,each use of college students' physical exercise behavior and development,the better.
