Rural boarding schools are the best choices for promoting the development of rural basic education at this stage.They are responsible for the dual functions of boarding students'life and learning.Life teachers are the core characters of boarding students' quality of life education and management,and they are still in a more "wonderful" situation.The vagueness of identity,the lack of professionalism,and the randomness of skills all hinder the life teachers from providing higher quality life services and quality of life education for boarding students.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for rural education development to solve the problem of how to relieve the embarrassment of life teachers and achieve the improvement of their professional literacy.This article adopts qualitative research methods,supplemented by observation methods,interview methods to show the living appearance of living teachers in a panoramic way.On the layout of the article,we have taken the same approach and moved from a multi-faceted and multi-dimensional perspective to the "center" of life teachers.First,from the perspective of the "others",the first part is the boarding school,the boarding parents,and the boarding students themselves to interpret the life teachers in all directions and look for rural boarding school life teachers in the eyes of the "others";Starting from the realistic situation of boarding school life teachers,this paper presents a micro-perspective on the life scenes of life teachers and students,and based on life teachers' recognition of their own roles to explain life teachers' "awkward situation" in the transformation of time and space;The third part of the article,looking for "my appearance",as the core part of the study,through the systematic analysis of the collected data,and finally conducted grounded theoretical research,trying to summarize the professional qualities of life teachers,and extract relevant core The concept provides ideas for the professional development of life teachers.The study found that the professional qualities of life teachers are mainly reflected in:professional qualities,educational concepts,professional knowledge,abilities and skills,and physical and mental qualities of life teachers;the search for the path of professional development of life teachers is based on living teachers and rural boarding schools.In addition to the "three-in-one"awakening of the professional teachers' consciousness of life,the life teachers' group is given pre-employment training,on-the-job training,and professional self-development based on the school-based characteristics of rural boarding schools.The professional quality of life teachers and their ability structure are important breakthroughs for boarding schools to improve the quality of education.This article is based on the professional qualities and professional development path of life teachers.It seeks to promote the professional quality and ability structure of life teachers in practice.The growth and professional wisdom will be generated in practice,which will provide a realistic basis for improving the quality of rural boarding school education management,promoting the healthy development of rural boarding students,and realizing harmonious education in rural boarding schools.
