| Professional recognition is the root of preschool undergraduates’ engagement in the preschool education industry,and it is also the driving force behind the work of preschool undergraduates.Analyze the status quo of preschool undergraduates’ professional identification and employment choices,explore influencing factors,and propose corresponding countermeasures,which are beneficial to the development of individual students,universities and preschool education.On the basis of combing and analyzing the existing literature on professional identity and employment choice of preschool undergraduates,this research is guided by the theory of ecosystem theory,human-job matching theory,and outcome-oriented education concepts,using questionnaire survey methods and interview methods.Conduct an empirical study on the professional identification and employment choice of undergraduates in preschool education in Sichuan Province.First,select 455 preschool undergraduates in schools in Sichuan Province as the research objects,and use SPSS software to analyze.The results show that the overall professional identity and employment choices of preschool undergraduates are at an upper-middle level,and there are differences in professional identity and employment choices of preschool undergraduates under different dimensions and different demographic organizational characteristicl variables.Secondly,18 preschool undergraduates are selected for in-depth interviews.Analyze the related reasons of preschool undergraduates’ professional identification and employment choice.The main influencing factors are: students’ learning attitudes and voluntary choices are random,individual personalities are different;parental concepts are solidified and family atmosphere is suppressed;college learning conditions and discipline construction are insufficient,and curriculum settings are unreasonable;parents’ economic income and parents’ working environment influence;national system Imperfect;the cultural atmosphere is biased,and social media is hyped up.Aiming at the factors that affect preschool undergraduates’ professional identification and employment choices,combined with theoretical foundation,put forward countermeasures to improve the level of preschool undergraduates’ professional identification and optimize employment choices.Micro-system level:analyze individuals in depth and choose volunteers carefully;parents should update their ideas and concepts to create a harmonious family atmosphere;rationally set up courses and strengthen the construction of hardware facilities and disciplines in colleges and universities.At the middle system level: build a platform to strengthen family-school connections;increase channels and focus on professional publicity.External system level: grasp the economic income and expenditure,develop good consumption habits;establish a correct view of labor,and pursue spiritual wealth.Macro system level: The government strengthens market supervision to ensure the implementation of policies;eliminates social prejudice and gives kindergarten teachers an objective evaluation. |
