Optimization Research Ofstudy Travel Educatiion System In Primary And Secondary Schools

On December 19,2016,the Ministry of Education and other 11 departments jointly issued the “Opinions on Promoting study travel in Primary and Secondary Schools” document,which contains five main asks: study travel will be included in the education plan for primary and secondary schools,strengthening the construction of study camps,standardizing the study travel organization,managing and improving the funds raising mechanism and establishing a safety security system.It is required that education administrative departments at all levels must take effective measures to fully implement the five main tasks set forth in the Opinions.Make full play of study travel's important role in the conception of "People-centered education,moral education first".With the continuous introduction of the national favorable policies,study travel has ushered in the“spring”.However,our country's primary and secondary school study travel system is in the initial stage.Behind the hot study travel market is the frequent occurrence of problems in China's primary and secondary school study travel activities.There are still many phenomena such as weak qualified teachers,unreasonable curriculum research,inadequate safety management,imperfect study camp services,and lack of feedback from parents,etc.For the sake of going back to the original intention of study travel,there is an urgent need to optimize the system of study travel for primary and secondary schools in China.Based on the theory of system theory,the paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the study travel education system,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the actual conditions of the three schools in Heilongjiang Province,confirms the actual existence of the current status of the study travel education system,and sums up the research of primary and secondary schools.The basic reason for the incoordination of the travel education system is studied.For this reason,the paper summarizes and analyzes the elements of the travel education system of primary and secondary school research,and then straightens out the relationship between the elements of travel education system in the primary and secondary schools,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies in view of the problems involved in the various elements.The last suggestion of the paper is to establish the information management platform of the research system for the study education of primary and secondary schools in order to realize the whole process of study travel and all-round information and effective management.
