Since21st century, information technology has penetrated into all areas of society and links. Almost all countries in the world are speeding up the pace of modernization of education. The strategic choice for the realization of education modernization in Shaanxi is by information technology in education to promote the modernization of education and to promote the balanced development of education. Basic education is the cornerstone of improving national information literacy and it is the most important of all in information technology in education.After a series of major projects and policy measures in recent years, basic education information technology in Shaanxi Province has made remarkable achievements. But at the same time, we must be clearly aware that to accelerate the basic education information technology in our province is also faced with many difficulties and challenges. The system and mechanism in information technology in education is far from perfect; The infrastructure needs popularizing and improving; Education is not balanced; The sharing mechanism of digital educational resources has not yet formed; Quality education resources are short; Education management information system has not been formed; The construction and management of basic data has not yet been carried out; Education management and public service need to be improved.The research methods are literature, questionnaire, interview and so forth. According to the basic information from primary and secondary schools and preschools in Shaanxi Province, the information of students, faculty, school asset and the construction of school information technology, the writer intends to learn about data items of underlying database and integrated management services platform the schools need. From reality, to establish support data entry for needs and functionality and non-functionality of management platform will promote the constructionofbasic education information in Shaanxi.The Thesis is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction, mainly on the research background, the significance of the research and relevant domestic and international research status. It also offers a detailed description of the goals, the content and the methods of the research.The second part is about the theoretical basis of the research and defines some related concepts.The third part covers needs analysis of underlying database and integrated management services platform in Shaanxi Province secondary schools, primary schools and pre-schools. Through statistical analysis of the results from the questionnaires and interviews, the writer analyzes and summarizes the data items the basic education in Shaanxi Province demands.In the fourth part, the writer, based on data entry for primary and secondary schools and pre-school education of Shaanxi Province and Education Management Information (series) Standard Specifications of Ministry of Education, develops data items and related standards basic education database data demands in Shaanxi Province.The fifth part, based on the needs analysis of data entry and the designed database, the writer makes a research from the management of the platform, the platform functionality and platform non-functionality.The sixth part makes a summary of the research and points out the limitations of the research.
