With the concept of students' core literacy and the deepening of people-oriented concept,how to ensure the maximum development of every student in the state of individual differentiation is the goal of every educator.In recent years,the hierarchical teaching mode of walking class system is very popular because it maximally practices the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and ensures the differentiated development of students.G school in Zhengzhou is a newly built public junior high school.At the beginning of its establishment,the school has carried out the AB class system hierarchical teaching of English and mathematics.By consulting a lot of literature,combing the domestic and foreign hierarchical teaching situation of class walking system,we can comprehensively understand,record and analyze the current situation,effect and causes of the implementation of hierarchical teaching of class walking system in G school.Different from other schools,the class-based teaching mode of G school is unique in that it does not break the original administrative class and combine new subject teaching classes.Instead,each class is divided into A and B levels according to the total score.In English and mathematics class,the students of A level go to the fixed classroom and the students of B level stay in the original classroom.This mode has both advantages and problems.From the school level,the mode is easy to operate and manage,and the level adjustment only needs to be operated in the class,but the level is not detailed enough,and a few students' English and mathematics levels do not match.From the perspective of teachers,in this mode,teachers only teach their own students,which is convenient for teachers to track,manage and guide students in time.However,due to the non refinement of stratification,there are still large differences among students,which brings some difficulties for teachers to prepare lessons and teach.From the student level,students' sense of belonging to the class is not affected by going to class.Students' interest,self-confidence and learning motivation have been improved to a certain extent.The scores of English and mathematics have been improved significantly,but the A-level students are "not sharp",and the B-level students with learning difficulties are difficult to transform.Under the guidance of the theory of the zone of proximal development and the optimization of teaching process,combined with questionnaires and interviews,this paper puts forward some corresponding measures,such as the top-level planning and system construction of the school.Teachers should implement hierarchical teaching,abide by the principle of fairness and justice,learn more relevant theories,do a good job in after-school counseling,help students build a good psychological environment,and make diversified evaluation to promote the development of students.To sum up,the hierarchical teaching mode of class walking system adopted by G school has some advantages,especially in the relatively backward areas of the central and western regions,where human and material resources are not rich,it is worth referring to.
