With the development of the times,the differences between students are becoming more and more obvious.The teaching method of “step-by-step” in the whole class cannot meet the personality development of students,so the Class Selection system came into being.In 2017,the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education issued a document requesting schools in the junior high school to actively promote the stratified shifting of Mathematics,Science and English.This has enabled many junior high school to actively explore the Class Selection system.Through reviewing the literature,the author finds that there is a contradiction between teachers and teaching,teachers and students in the process of implementing the Class Selection system.In order to further understand the implementation status of the Class Selection system,The author conducted a survey of three schools in S and they have a lot of experience in the Class Selection System.The school conducted a survey.The author conducted a questionnaire survey of the students in these three schools and found that most of the students were still recognized for the implementation of the Class Selection system,but many students did not perform well in the mathematics classroom.At the same time,the author also interviewed the outstanding mathematics teachers of the three schools,and found that a small number of teachers are not very familiar with the Class Selection system,and some teachers do not design reasonable teaching plans for the hierarchical characteristics of the students they teach.The effect of the Class Selection system in the process of implementation will be greatly reduced.In order for the students' personality to be fully displayed,the key to real implementation of the Class Selection system is whether the teacher can carry out teaching activities according to the actual situation of the students in this class.How should teachers develop corresponding teaching strategies? In response to this problem,the author designed the corresponding mathematics classroom teaching strategies according to the characteristics of students at different levels,and elaborated on how to implement several important aspects of mathematics classroom teaching,and also designed the "same class heterogeneity".Teaching cases are provided for reference by first-line math teachers.This study focuses on mathematics classroom teaching,and tries to provide part of the experience for frontline teachers by formulating teaching strategies and instructional design suitable for students of different levels,so that the Class Selection system can truly serve the classroom and let the students' personality truly develop.
