In order to prevent students from falling into the erroneous zone of“question sea tactics”and reducing student's learning burden and improving their learning efficiency,on the basis of summarizing the previous researches,this thesis investigated the current situation of students and teachers' application of error management by questionnaire survey and interview,and then analyzed the shortcomings of students and teachers in the application of error management.After that,I put forward the corresponding strategies for the application of error management.Finally,I tested the feasibility and effectiveness of this strategy in teaching practice.Through the survey found that students think error management is very important,but their initiative to manage the physical error is not strong enough,which is arbitrary in time,lack of representative in the error selection and specific collection methods,simple and single elements of management error,and not good use of the value of error management in all aspects.The most important factor influencing students' error management is their understanding of the error management,followed by the teacher's guidance and supervision behavior,the class atmosphere of the error management,and the management behavior of their classmates,the last is other subjects.Teachers can also realize the importance of the error management,but the understanding of the error management is not comprehensive enough.Beside,their method of applying the error management is single,It is not enough to instruct and supervise the students to apply the error management.Through practical research,it is found that the application of the error management strategy proposed in this paper has obvious effect on improving the overall physical performance of the class.The longer the time is,the more obvious the effect is.In addition,it can also improve the students' personal learning efficiency and physical performance to a certain extent,and change the their original understanding to the error management,so they eventually accept the learning mode of error management.In general,the application strategy proposed in this thesis is operable and effective.It is effective in alleviating the learning burden of students,improving the physical performance of them,and changing their learning methods.
