The Study Of The College Students About The Education Of The Rule Of Law Consciousness

The rule of law consciousness of college students is their understanding of the value and function of the rule of law in their study and practice.The consciousness of rule of law is internalized in heart and externalized in practice,which is reflected in the daily life of college students.China has entered a crucial period of comprehensively advancing the rule of law and the rule of law has become the trend of the development of modern society,Cultivating citizen consciousness of rule of law is helpful to complete the task of promoting the rule of law,it is conducive to the development of people’s democracy and build a harmonious socialist society to cultivate citizens’ rule of law.In this paper,we analyzed the education status of the rule of law consciousness of college students by social studies,found out what happened to the rule of law consciousness of college students,through the research,we can know how to improve the rule of law consciousness education.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction,this part mainly explains the purpose and significance of the topic selection and the research status at home and abroad.Through analysis,the research status of university students’ legal consciousness is clarified.The second part is the theoretical basis,explained the connotation of the College students’ rule of law consciousness by party leadership consciousness,legal supremacy consciousness,democratic consciousness,rights and obligations consciousness and just consciousness.And then combined with the reality,emphasizes the significance of college students’ rule of law consciousness by college students’ ideological and political education’s important content,college students personal development,campus security and stability,comprehensively promote the rule of law.The third part is the analysis of the present situation of the rule of law consciousness education.The present situation is divided into two parts:achievements and deficiencies.The achievements are paid more attention to the cultivation of the rule of law and the improvement of justice consciousness.The deficiencies are the lack of specific legal knowledge,lack of motivation,and lack of belief in the rule of law.Reasons for these deficiencies are explained by the factors of negative influence of traditional Chinese culture,social injustice,incorrect direction of public opinion,the process of legal consciousness in colleges and universities needs to be improved urgently,there are adverse effects in family life and college students’ physical and mental development is not harmoniousenough.The third part explores the perfect path of the rule of law consciousness education from the four dimensions of society,school,family and self.From the aspect of social environment,methods of strengthening the the rule of law consciousness of university students are to strictly abide by existing laws and implement existing regulations,focus on the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness of the key objects and strengthen purification of the network environment;in the aspect of education,universities should attach importance to the education of the rule of law consciousness,improve the legal literacy of teachers and innovate the education method;in the aspect of family,parents should strengthen education the rule of law consciousness;in terms of their own quality,college students should take the initiative to learn legal knowledge and enhance their sense of social responsibility.
