As an important part of student financial aid system,postgraduates' "three assistants" can not only provide some economic support for postgraduates,but also effectively improve their comprehensive quality,and lay a good foundation for their future career development.At the same time,for universities,postgraduate "three assistants" work can help to provide human resources supplement in scientific research,teaching and management,and promote the healthy development of universities.Under the background of deepening the policy of postgraduate education and aid reform,it is of great significance to explore how to build and improve the management system of "three assistants" for graduate students,to promote graduate education and improve the quality of postgraduate education.Based on this,combined with the concept of precision management.A total of 8 post teachers interviewed by this survey,also,this study takes Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics as an example,and studies the current situation,problems,causes and Countermeasures of graduate's "three assistants" work.A total of 380 questionnaires were issued in the form of a face survey and a "Questionnaire" network survey,of which 330 of the effective questionnaires were collected.The subjects covered Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics' s postgraduates with different gender,grades and specialties to make up for the lack of sample size,and strive to make the research results more accurate and scientific.The survey found that,after years of development,Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics graduate "three assistants" has achieved remarkable results,which optimize the team building,auxiliary training college democratic management;research grants,students' occupation concept;adaptation effects are expected to,the students' subjective satisfaction.But at the same time,the school "three assistants" work there are still many problems,such as: the existence of human resources waste,difficult to reflect the individual value;helping the lack of targeted funding efforts;work quality,personnel mobility;"three assistants" cognitive bias,the relationship between teachers and students have problems.The main cause of its management is that the matching degree of man and post is low.The distribution of "three assistants" posts is uneven,and the students' professional skills are not right with their jobs,and the flexibility of the remuneration mechanism is poor.The remuneration of the "three assistants" tasks is not equal,the poor students are experienced,the sources of funds are few,and the consciousness of the system construction is weak.The level of personnel quality is not balanced,the training and assessment of "three assistants" graduate students are lack,and the advantage construction of "three assistants" is not obvious.The publicity and popularization of the "three assistants" policy is not in place,and the communication and communication between teachers and students are inefficient.According to the investigation and analysis of the results,to the graduate assistant management mode for reference,the reference in the graduate assistant work process and the evaluation of excellent management experience and training of personnel assessment system and other aspects,put on the construction and improvement of college students "three assistants" precise suggestions of management: the precise needs: optimization of post setting,promote post matching.According to the characteristics and needs of different students to determine the various types of "three assistants" job content and job responsibilities,preferential competition;object precision: accurate identification,strengthen aid.Scientific identification of poor students,improve the flexibility of the salary,broaden the sources of funds;the process is accurate: standardize the management process,provide system guarantee.Unified pre job training,clear assessment process;accurate results: pay attention to personnel training,to achieve accurate education.We should increase post publicity,promote communication between teachers and students,and establish the "three assistants" educating indicators.We hope to provide some useful reference for the construction of the precision management system for the "three assistants" work of college graduate students in China.
