"The outline of the basic education curriculum reform(trial)" put forward the concept that the curriculum should pay attention to the link with real life;"curriculum standards for biology of compulsory education(2011 edition)" pays attention to students' development and social needs,emphasizes students' existing life experience;Concerned about the lifelong development of students,teaching need to be connected with students' real life;"Life-oriented examples" refers to examples related to biology teaching from life.In order for students to gain basic knowledge of biology,at the same time students can understand and focus on the application of knowledge in life,production and social development.The paper attempts to apply life-oriented examples to junior middle school biology teaching.Through consulting a large amount of documents and materials,the study clarifies the definition of related concepts,summarizes the domestic and foreign research on life-oriented teaching and discusses the relevant theoretical basis.First of all,through teachers' interviews and students' questionnaires,the paper knows the current situation of life-oriented examples application in junior middle school biology teaching: Teachers neglect the cultivation of students' ability of combining theory with practice in the process of new lesson introduction,new lesson teaching and homework assignment;Students look forward to the application of life-oriented examples in teaching,but their interest in biology classes is not high,and their awareness of combining theory with practice is weak.Secondly,according to the problems reflected in the survey,the paper puts forward the strategies from the following three aspects: new lesson introduction should pay attention to the students' interest by using life-oriented examples,new lesson teaching should contact the students' real life by using life-oriented examples and homework assignment should guide students to solve practical problems by using life-oriented examples.Finally,the compulsory education "Biology" textbook in the seventh grade second volume of the People's Education Press is used as the teaching content for a semester teaching practice according to the strategy.Life-oriented examples are used in the process of new lesson introduction in junior middle school biology teaching inspires students' interest in learning and provides reference for teachers' teaching material selection;In the new lesson teaching,students are more likely to understand the concept of biology,participate more actively in the classroom,pay more attention to life and the phenomena related to biology in life,teachers are more concerned about the students' dominant position;In the homework assignment,students develop a habit of diligent thinking,students' hands-on ability has been cultivated,the ability of students to solve practical problems has been improved and teachers pay more attention to developing students' ability to solve practical problems.According to the problems existing in the practice,suggestions are put forward for school and teachers.
