With the expansion of the enrollment scale in senior high school, the traditional recruiting methods have been unable to deal with the increasingly heavy enrollment work. Therefore, introducing automated and informative system platform is very necessary for senior high school administrators completing this job.At present, there are three main ways for examinees and parents to get school's information:First, using search engine tools for information search;second, visiting the school site to submit questions that they want to know and then waiting for manual answers;third, using telephone to consult information.Although search engine can search more information quickly, the content is complicated to get accurately.Meanwhile, there are limitations on online question and telephone consultation.Besides, telephone consultation also has limitations. It can only get the audio information rather than the whole video information or others.Because it costs a lot of resources,it is difficult for school to provide the whole day telephone service, too. Now,it can be seen from problems the intelligent consulting system faced that knowledge acquisition is also facing the bottleneck in an expert system.Compared with the traditional search engine, the consulting system is more convenient and accurate. It allows users to import natural language issues, not just phrases. The feedback to the users is also more accurate and shorter answers, not a simple web page. For the problem of getting information from consulting system, this paper explores a consulting system model based on Case-Based Reasoning(CBR)technology and discusses its key technology.CBR technology is used to improve knowledge acquisition ability and provide new ideas for the research in the consulting system.
