Current our country social gap between rich and poor increase,secondary vocational education is "poor" the main way to solve the problem of poverty,the national work conference on vocational education since 2002,all regions and departments earnestly implement the state council about to promote the development of vocational education reform and decision "to strengthen the leadership and support for the work of vocational education,vigorously developing vocational education has become a national policy of our country.To guarantee the successful implement of the policy of the country,the central government increased the investment of funds,our country government relat ed department was founded in 2007,the secondary vocational school student financial assistance policy for rural students and urban registered permanent residence registered permanent residence of the family economic difficulties of secondary vocational school students provide the funding amount of 1500 Yuan per person per year,and clearly formulated the ordinary high school and secondary vocational school recruit students number should be close to the ratio of 1:1.In 2012,the state financial aid increased to 2,000 Yuan per year.Until 2015,China has implemented the education free tuition policy.In spite of the government level start paying more attention to professional,related to secondary vocational education policies introduced gradually,secondary vocational students,the scope and amount of aid to escalate for secondary vocational students aid policy to college students,however in the process of implementation of satisfaction is not high,the secondary vocational school recruit students actual si tuation is not optimistic.How to make effective policies and measures to improve the social influence of secondary vocational education,improve the efficiency of student financial assistance,changing the bad situation in secondary vocational school recr uitment of students scale down,turned to the present secondary vocational education healthy development of China to resolve the outstanding issue.The focus of this study is Lanzhou polytechnic school student financial assistance policy issues,the author has carried out extensive research,aiming at Lanzhou city vocational schools and ordinary schools,447 students and teachers were public questionnaire survey,through to acceptance of student financial assistance policy satisfaction,technical secondary school teachers and students of science and technology master degree of student financial assistance policy and enter oneself for an examination the factors of secondary vocational school students,explore the effect of Lanzhou polytechnic school student a id policy,mastered the basic situation of school student financial assistance policy implementation.Through analyzing the research conclusion,the author found that the Lanzhou polytechnic school implementation of student financial assistance policy abou t students encountered in the process of one's status as a student,guide the student financial assistance is not obvious,and the principals responsibility does not reach the designated position,etc.Based on the above argument,in order to better play a role of student financial assistance policy,the article puts forward the following Suggestions: first,strengthen the student registration management work,build good student financial assistance management system;2.Increase the student financial aid a mount and enhance the attractiveness of professional education;3.Strengthen the consciousness of students' responsibility for financing.
