Kindergarten leading teachers are the backbone of kindergarten teachers development who play an important role in children growth,kindergarten construction and teachers professional construction.The leading teachers of nurseries in Nanyang,Henan Province were selected as research object in this study.Through questionnaire survey,it analyzes the influencial factors of teachers' professional development in themselves,kindergarten,family and society aspects.Interviews are added to further explore the main factors which affect the professional development of the leading teachers in kindergartens.And finally,put forward proposals conducive to kindergarten teachers' professional development is essential.This article is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the reason,research significance,definition of relevant concepts,theoretical basis and related research findings at home and abroad about the influencial factors of the professional development of the kindergarten leading teachers.The second part describes the research objects,research purpose,research methodology and research implementation of this study concretely.And the third part is the statistics and analysis of the survey results concerning the inflencial factors of the professional development of the leading teachers in kindergarten,including the statistics and analysis of the questionnaire and the interview findings.The fourth part puts forward effective suggestions for leading kindergarten teachers to promote their professional development.At last,the fifth part mainly states the conclusion of the research,summarizes the existing problems of this research and the research prospect.
