Study On The Consumption Demand And Influencing Factors Of Rural Family Higher Education In Fujian Province-Based On The State School System

In 1998,China said in a number of major issues on rural and agriculture,science and education is the fundamental motive force of the development of agriculture and rural areas,with particular emphasis on the development of science and technology more need to rely on education,education plays an important role in promoting the development of rural agriculture in china.In 2017,the nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China once again mentioned that the countryside is a promising field.Implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization should start from all aspects,especially the great role of rural education in promoting rural development.With the rapid development of the economy,the phenomenon of social stratification is also gradually obvious.There are three main aspects to realize the flow of social stratum.It has economic capital,social capital or cultural capital.While the social reality is,20%high class people account for 80%of the economic and social capital,rural families in China most of the lower class,their income is low,social resources are relatively poor,by the economic and social capital to achieve mobility may be very small,so the rural family must possess cultural capital.Education is an important way for rural families to take possession of cultural capital.From this point of view,education is of great significance for rural families to realize class flow.Education itself is fair.In the vast rural families,the main recipients of higher education are young children.Young children are also the main body of enrollment after the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities.All children in rural families should have the opportunity to receive education.However,with the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in 1998 and the reform of higher education fee system,the phenomenon of "abandoning the examination" has appeared in rural families.The low quality of education in Colleges and universities,every year a large number of college graduates in the employment rate is low,rising tuition fees of higher education makes the burden of rural families increased and so on the negative impact of rural family economic level emerge in an endless stream,although the development,increase income,state of higher education investment has increased,the proportion of students from rural families have fallen,this shows that rural households there are still many problems in higher education consumption.The effectiveness of investment status according to the national financial aid system in Fujian province and the implementation,and analysis of the current situation of rural household consumption demand of higher education in Fujian Province,through the interactive table analysis of influencing factors of rural household consumption demand of higher education in Fujian Province,and puts forward the reasonable and feasible policy recommendations.This study is divided into six chapters,which are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper introduces the research background,research objectives,methods and technical routes,and the significance of the research,and makes a literature review on the current research situation of rural family higher education consumption at home and abroad.The second chapter defines the concept of higher education consumption demand.Several concepts are clarified,including the meaning of education consumption,the meaning of higher education consumption and the meaning of rural family.The third chapter is about the national student aid system and the implementation effect of higher education.This paper mainly describes the implementation of the national student aid system,the effectiveness of the implementation of the state school system in Fujian province and the status of higher education investment in Fujian province and the state of the state higher education investment.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the method of investigation in this paper.The design of the questionnaire is divided into three parts.The first part is mainly to collect the basic information of the family of the respondents;the second part is mainly to collect the consumption demand of higher education in rural families;the third part is mainly the investigation of the quality of higher education consumption.Through the three part of the questionnaire survey,the corresponding data statistics,describe the basic situation of the sample.The fifth chapter analyzes the factors affecting the consumption demand of higher education in rural families in Fujian province through an interactive table.From three aspects of family factors,social factors and state school system,the factors affecting the consumption demand of higher education in rural families in Fujian province are clarified.The sixth chapter draws the main conclusions of this study,and puts forward practical and specific countermeasures and suggestions.
