Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Competitive Sports Reserve Talents In Xiamen

As a special economic zone and Municipalities with Independent Planning Status under the National Social and Economic Development,Xiamen has attracted much attention due to it's current situation of athletic sports reserve talent.Through the investigation and study of the status quo of the training of reserve talents in Xiamen,summarizing the experience and finding out the deficiencies,so as to solve the problems existing in the training of the reserve talents of competitive sports,and to explore the effective ways of training the reserve talents of competitive sports,Simultaneously,having a certain reference value for other areas of competitive sports reserve personnel training.In this paper,five kinds of research methods,such as literature,survey,logical induction,interview and mathematical statistics,are used to investigate the current situation of athletic reserve talents in Xiamen.The results are as follows:1?In the hardware facilities construction is relatively perfect,in the same city in a leading position.2?Although some achievements have been made,but the reserve talent shortage,echelon construction to be strengthened.3?Screening,training and talent efficiency is relatively low,coaches scientific research acad emic level to be improved,coaches team personnel organization,knowledge structure,etc.to be further optimized.4?Did not seriously implement the principle of “outstand advantages,tap the potential advantage,take into account the general,grasp the basis" in the top design and project layout,etc.5?In culture and education is not ideal,sports school campus culture is not yet sound,a good campus culture has not yet formed.6?The cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents is too focused on the current benefits,ignoring the implementation of the concept of people-oriented,concerned about the long-term,all-round development.The research shows that the hardware facilities conditions of Xiamen athletic sports reserve talents have obvious advantages,and still have great room for improvement in the aspects of concept,culture and education,and coaches' team construction.Based on the findings of the study,this paper makes the following recommendations:1?Open up the reserve for the selection of competitive talents,improve the construction of athletic reserve talents and improve the efficiency of training.2?Increase the training opportunities of coaches,improve the level of coaches' research and improve the struc ture of coaches.3?Do a good job of top-level design,rationalize the project layout,increase the effective utilization of investment resources,improve the training efficiency.4?Increase investment in new scientific research equipment.Increase the investment in talent,so that the training methods of talent more scientific.5?Strengthen the campus school culture construction and implement the idea of people – oriented and all-round development.
