The communication of home-school network communication platform is an activity in which primary school teachers and parents rely on new media means to communicate,interact and influence each other in order to achieve the goal of promoting students' development.With the development and progress of the times,the use of network communication platform is becoming more and more universal,and the change of this means of communication brings convenience to the communication between the two sides,but also puts forward the corresponding challenges.The incidents of "flattery group "," comparison group" and "anxiety group" frequently exposed on the network have aroused heated public discussion,resulting in the tension between home and school,and the activities of home and school communication under the background of new media are worthy of our re-examination.Therefore,it is necessary to communicate with the current home-school network.The current situation of communication of flow platform is studied,the problems and reasons in communication between the two sides are analyzed,and effective countermeasures are put forward.Based on Habermas' communication theory and social interaction theory,this study mainly adopts questionnaire survey and interview method,and takes 100 teachers and 340 students' parents in grade 6 of four primary schools in Weifang City,Shandong Province as the subjects of investigation,and carries on the theoretical and practical research on the communication between parents and teachers in the network communication platform of home and school in the current primary school stage.The questionnaire investigates the present situation of communication between parents and teachers in primary schools from five dimensions of equality,cooperation,symbolic interaction,sharing and understanding,analyzes the communication differences between the two sides under the influence of individual backgroundfactors.According to the survey,the overall situation of primary school teachers and parents in the home-school network communication platform is better,but there are still some problems,including: the communication symbols are poor interactive,communication is shallow;the value of communication sharing is low,communication pressure is high;the content of communication is one-sided,father participation is low;there is some inequality between parents;parents' willingness to communicate is stronger than actual behavior,the two sides are more difficult to reach mutual understanding;under different backgrounds,some parents and teachers' communication perception is poor.In view of the problems existing in the communication between teachers and parents,the author analyzes the reasons,and thinks that the main reasons are: the deviation of educational concept and cognition between the two sides;the low professional quality of some teachers and limited communication skills;the single school evaluation standard and lack of effective guidance for the communication between the two sides;the limitations of the communication platform itself;the lack of necessary institutional guarantee and feedback channels.On the basis of analyzing the problems and reasons,the author finally puts forward the strategies to improve the communication between teachers and parents in the network communication platform of home and school: teachers and parents establish correct educational concept and communication concept;teachers actively improve their professional quality and communication ability;broaden the channels of communication,expand the breadth and depth of communication;schools formulate reasonable evaluation standards and guide communication;education management departments improve and implement relevant policies to ensure the standardization of communication.
