This study is to take the training status of the technical literacy of four ordinary high school students in a city of Shandong as the breakthrough point,to clarify the problems existing in the cultivation of technical literacy of ordinary high school students,to analyze the related reasons and to explore the Countermeasures for the feasibility.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.This part mainly introduces and explores the following issues: the proposal of the problem,the significance and value of the topic,the review and combing of the related research,the thinking and methods of this paper.The second part is the first chapter,mainly defining the core concepts of technical literacy of ordinary high school students.The third part is the second chapter,the survey on the status quo of technical literacy training for ordinary high school students,using the investigation method,designed a questionnaire,and selected more than 200 students to complete the collection,recovery,processing and analysis of relevant data for half a year or so,and got the first-hand material.After that,I made relevant summarization and got the real feedback from the student level.The fourth part is the third chapter,the survey of the status of technical literacy training for ordinary high school students,the use of interview method,for this,the design of related interview questions,selected 10 teachers from two senior high schools to interview,and record the main content of the interview.The interview focused on the key words of the literature review.After that,we get the feedback from the teacher level.The fifth part is the fourth chapter,exploring the basic problems behind the status quo of the cultivation of technical literacy for ordinary high school students.The main problems are as follows: the teachers' professional background is uneven,the teaching idea is difficult to change,the course conditions are limited,the evaluation standards of the curriculum are vague,and the change of the policy is larger;There is no real change in the learning style of students under the concept of heart literacy;the cultivation of students' technical literacy needs the support of human and material resources,the two are indispensable;the expected course and the actual course have great differences;the purpose of the technical course is worth our reflection.Finally,based on the problems existing in the cultivation of technical literacy of ordinary high school students,relevant countermeasures are given.For schools,we must fully understand the importance of technological literacy,establish and improve relevant systems,and further improve teaching facilities.An effective support system should be established,including related manpower,material resources and financial resources.At the same time,we should establish relevant teacher professional system andreasonable professional title evaluation system.For teachers,to change their concepts and modes of thinking,the most important thing is to strengthen their faith.At the policy level,it is suggested that the training system of technical teachers should be established.It is suggested to provide the hope and rising space for the development of technical teachers.It is suggested to guide the development of the subject in a long-term perspective and improve the environment for the implementation of the technology curriculum.At the course level,it is suggested to modify the curriculum standards,standardize the evaluation standards,improve the content of the curriculum,enrich the curriculum resources,and strengthen the recognition of the related courses by schools,teachers and students.The sixth part is the fifth chapter,clarifying the conclusions and thinking of the study,and looking forward to the follow-up research.
