In recent years,more and more professional sports training has added core strength training to the training program.Many professional coaches have realized the importance of core forces in sports.Basketball includes various forms of movement such as running,jumping,casting,accelerating,decelerating,changing direction,etc.It is a high-speed,high-intensity,high-confrontation exercise that requires the upper and lower extremities of the body throughout the entire exercise process.And the trunk(core areas)coordinate and cooperate with each other.As a basketball-based technical movement,for example,passing,shooting,quick start,braking,accelerating breakthrough,getting rid of change,and so on are all inseparable from the core strengths,especially breakthroughs,emergency stop jumpers,air changing hands,and the body.Playing a key action in the basketball game such as confrontation,the core stability has played a key role.This research mainly uses the literature data method,the interview method,the experiment method,the data statistics method,carries on the core strength training to the basketball athlete to carry on the ball breakthrough technology to quantify the research and the analysis.The study was conducted by two middle school basketball players in Yueyang City,Hunan Province.The relevant experts and scholars were interviewed and consulted accordingly.Before the experiment,the experiments were grouped according to the test results of several indicators of the core force.After significant differences,the test results showed that p>0.05,indicating that the grouping was reasonable.In this subgroup,core and core strength training was conducted for the experimental group and core strength training was conducted for 8weeks.Perform traditional physical training methods as a control group.After 8weeks,statistics and sorting were performed.SPSS was used for data analysis and the differences between the two groups before and after the experiment were compared.The experimental results show that the data of the experimental group relative to the data of the control group have a different degree of increase in several indicators affecting the ball-breaking ability,and the indicators of the control group have also improved,but the degree is not obvious.The comparison between groups after the experiment showed that the effect of the improvement in the control group was not as good as the experimental group.Conclusion: core strength training is of great significance to improving the core strength of athletes.It also promotes the development of technologies such as basketball ball breakthrough.Core strength training is an effective method and technical means to promote high school basketball players' technical improvement,and it is a basic action for basketball.And the strengthening of technology also has a good effect.
