In recent years,core stability training has joined in more and more sports training,and many coaches have been aware of the importance of the core stability in sport.Pete Williams who was a thin small 155 lb baseball players,has rapidly grown into one of the best player in Major League Baseball under the guide of Mark Verstegen's core area training.In some of the NBA players' training video,we also could see some top players are doing core training.We all know that basketball game includes running,jumping,shooting,acceleration,deceleration,changing directions and some other forms of actions.It is a movement that needs speed,intensity and competition.In this sport,the upper body,the lower body and the main body(the core area)need to be coordinated.Shooting,passing the ball,starting,stopping,breaking through,changing direction and some other movements in basic technical movements cannot do without core strength,especially in some key poses like breaking through,stop-jump shot,changing hands,body-defense and so on,core stability plays an important role.when the player meets the situation of physical powers in the last phrase,core stability could help to provide more power and maintain the stability of body.In Western countries,core stability training also known as functional training which can help to improve the strength and stability of muscles in the core area of the campaigners.Western countries began earlier in the research of core stability training,and the main application is on the field of exercise rehabilitation.With the development of research,it has been widely used in the training process of competitive sports now.Core stability training,as the development and supplement of traditional strength training,has gradually recognized by many domestic experts and scholars.According to the literature review,we find that the experts and scholars at home and abroad have a high evaluation and recognition for the functional core stability,but for the core stability,the interview of specific action technology and other related researches are relatively few.This paper studies the core stability's effect on the factors of holding breakthrough technical to investigate the effect of core stability training on holding breakthrough in basketball.This paper focuses on the effect of core stability on holding ball breakthrough technology,and try to analyze the data and research according to the monitoring,observation and testing of the students' stability training.And we analyzed the conclusion of this paper and bring forward some solutions,and the aim is to provide some theory basics for the effect that coretraining did to basketball games and the function of improving the athletes' physical quality.The experiment tested the factors that affect the holding ball breakthrough before the experiment and after it,and screened and analyzed the data and results.This paper adopted literature review methods,interview methods,experimental methods and statistics,and did quantitative research and analysis of core stability training to holding ball breakthrough.This experiment took a Ji Nan physical school as its study subject,and interviewed and consulted some experts and scholars.Before the experiment,we classified the study subject into several small groups according to the test results of holding ball breakthrough,and it was suggested that p > 0.05 which means tha t the cluster is reasonable.Under this condition,the group which doing core stability and core strength exercise is the experimental group and carried out core stability training for 8 weeks.Those groups which carried out traditional physical training are the control groups.After 8 weeks' interpretation and analysis of data,and analyzed those data with SPSS,and compared the differences before the experiment and after it.The experimental results suggested that the experimental data has a little increase than the control group,and the control groups' data have a little obsolete increase.The cross reference between groups indicated that the increase in control group are less than the experimental groups.Conclusion: Core stability training has a significance effect on the development and improvement of the holding ball breakthrough,and core stability training is a good way and technical mean to promote holding ball breakthrough techniques,and has an excellent effect on the intensification of basketball basic actions and techniques.
