| With the advancement of Internet technology,great changes have taken place in people's thinking,life,and work.Especially in the field of information dissemination,new media have entered people's field of vision and have gradually grown.The rapid development of new media,as an important medium for the dissemination of discourse,"who has the advantage of the media,whoever has the advantage of discourse power."General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized repeatedly at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that it is necessary to continuously strengthen the party's dominance and discourse power in the ideological field.As an important position of ideological education in our country,the construction of discourse rights for ideological and political education is an important part of ideological work.Under the background of new media,opportunities and challenges exist for the construction of discourse rights for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Therefore,this article aims to explore how to better carry out the construction of discourse rights in ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new media environment,and then to promote and improve the right to speak in it.This article is divided into four parts for discussion:The first part mainly elaborates the connotation and extension of the paper's research topics.The second part elaborates the theoretical basis and practical needs of the paper.From the theoretical and practical aspects,it is necessary to explore the construction of it.The third part expounds the current situation and difficulties faced by that under the background of new media.The fourth part is based on the whole,proceeding from the overall situation,and by using the advantages of new media,from the perspectives of inter-discourse,discourse content,discourse structure,and discourse communication,it proposes ways to promote it. |
