Research On Training System Of Vocational Colleges Express Personnel

With the rapid development of e-commerce,the express industry in China has been in the long-term development.From 2006 to 2016,our express delivery business grew in average rate of 40%,and business grew from 1 billion to 31.35 billion about 31 times,business income increased from 30 billion yuan in 2006 to 400.5 billion yuan in 2016,nearly in an average annual growth of about 28% in ten years.With the rapid development of express delivery industry,the express talent demand increased rapidly,which demands related colleges to cultivate more express talents to meet the needs of society.And how to cultivate express talents to adapt to the express industry development is the problem that many vocational colleges have to face.At present,the problem of shortage of employment is widespread among express graduates,and the working ability is far behind from the standard.The main reason is that traditional school education focuses on the cultivation of students' theoretical knowledge,which has great defects in improving students' professional skills,professional practice,learning ability and innovation ability.In the increasingly fierce market competition,how to effectively practise the express talent training which can make express graduates qualified for jobs and can have a better career development to adapt to the fierce market competition environment must be a concern for express professional colleges,also related to the development prospect of the vocational colleges.Based on the research of the present situation of the express talent cultivation system,the paper points out existing problems and reasons of the traditional express talent cultivation system,and puts forward the theoretical framework of new talent cultivation system with the integration of engineering personnel training as the main body,mainly introducing the necessity of the integration of engineering talent cultivation system,the construction steps of talent training system engineering integration and the build targets of the engineering integration talent cultivation system.Under the guidance of the general theoretical framework in new talent cultivation system,this paper expresses feasibility of professional new talent cultivation system of Shandong Engineering College and building links as well as the optimization advice of the courier personnel training system,mainly expressing building links of new talent cultivation system in detail in this paper.Finally,analyze the research achievements of talent cultivation system,at the same time also describe the deficiencies and put forward future research direction in this paper.
