Xu Teli puts forward the three-character teaching method of "classic,obvious and shallow",namely "classic",say "fact-grounded",grasp the key points and difficulties and emphasize the core concepts;"Obvious",say "straight evident",never be wordy,can be understood at a glance,use the intuitive teaching method,such as language intuition and model intuition;"Shallow",start from "common sense",from shallow to deep,from easy to difficult,grasp the reality of production and life,and start from the surrounding trifles in life,animate the teaching and connect with the reality.This paper designates the design and analysis on the theoretical basis of the three-character teaching method of Xu Teli,a great educationalist and revolutionist in our country,and also combining with biology teaching case,aims to try to resolve the existing education status that teachers only focus on the exam scores on papers but neglecting their capability cultivation in the exam-oriented education.According to this analysis,the paper adopted the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and action research.Referring the relative literatures from both domestic and abroad and the knowledge of current research on Xu Teli's thoughts of education and revolution,this paper discussed the educational and revolutionary thoughts of Xu Teli,and conducted a deep decipher on the three characters teaching method of "classic,obvious and shallow",so as to comprehend its true connation.The design and analysis of biological teaching was conducted on the basis of there-character teaching method of Xu Teli,and tried to highlight the key contents in the teaching design process,simplify the complicated contents from difficult to easy,in order to reflect the teaching method of "classic,obvious and shallow".Applied teaching design to education practice and conducted questionnaire survey,and combined general investigation with individual interview during the process,and designated interviews with fellow teachers by consulting the suggestions on the implementation of this teaching design from their perspective.Through the survey of students,the author concluded the teaching design upon"classic,obvious,shallow",which might help students to grasp the keynotes,and also enhance their understanding of the learning content.Through interviews with teachers,the author concluded that the "classic,obvious and shallow" teaching method was not only conducive to teachers' grasp of key content,but also conducive to implementing the multi-level teaching.Teaching practice shows that the teaching design built upon this "classic,obvious and shallow"teaching method of Xu Teli reflects the concepts advocated in the current revision of biology curriculum standard,i.e.take the core literacy as purpose,insist content focus on concept,stress practice during teaching process,and promote development through academic assessment,and also conforms to the students' cognition.The combination of traditional and modern teaching concepts is conducive to the cultivation of students' discipline quality and can provide a reference for first-line biology teachers in teaching design.
