Study On The Failure Of The "Double Social Cooperation" Model Under The Background Of Government's Purchase Of Social Work Services

With the transformation of our country and the change of governance pattern,government purchasing services have risen in China.At the same time,with the continuous development and deepening of social work,the government's purchase of social work services has become a major part of government procurement services.The government introduced third-party social forces in the form of purchases to meet the needs of diversified residents,thereby strengthening the construction of community governance systems,and prompting multiple forces such as community self-government organizations,grass-roots organizations,and community residents to participate in community governance.The grass-roots community governance structure of "multivariate governance" has emerged,and using community governance as a practical mechanism to promote community-building has become an important issue for the academic community.With the development of urban communities,the community becomes a grass-roots organization in which the government and residents are closely linked.The government of X city and H zone also realizes the importance of the collaborative relationship between communities and social organizations in government procurement of social work services,and has initially explored and formed The"Double Community Synergy" government purchasing service model featured in the H-zone has brought about an innovative approach to community governance.However,through an in-depth understanding of the relationship between the T social work organization and the M community residents' committee selected in this paper,it is found that this new model has many problems in the actual project operation process.The author has adopted the "synergy failure" of the "dual community"."The specific performance and reasons are analyzed to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
