The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of china points out that it is necessary to " carry out the fundamental task of building moral character and cultivating people,develop quality education,promote educational fairness,and train socialist builders and successors who develop morally,intellectually,physically,and aesthetically." This is the main task faced by our contemporary teachers.Today's teachers do not live in the future,the future students will live in the past.In the face of such a severe challenge,in ordinary teaching,the author found that a large proportion of the students could not meet the basic learning tasks required by the compulsory education " geography curriculum standard".Studying what difficulties they have,finding out and analyzing the reasons,and putting forward reasonable and feasible countermeasures.These are necessary premises to realize the party's educational policy and promote the students' all-round development,train the qualified successors of the future.According to the actual situation of my own school,combined with the relevant educational and teaching theories and my own teaching practice,the author has carried on the research to the geographical learning obstacle of the students.Questionnaire survey method was used,interview method was used as an auxiliary means,and case analysis method was interspersed.It is found that the current geographical learning disorder in junior high school mainly includes students' own characteristics and the influence of many factors such as geography subject,teachers,schools,classes,families and so on.Among students' subjective initiative,learningability,learning habits and personality differences are internal factors,while other factors are external factors.Inside and outside are different,internal cause is the root of students' development,and the external cause is the condition of students' development,and the external cause has to use internal cause to play a role.Based on the above analysis,this study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: strengthen the guidance of learning methods,construct the geographical knowledge system;create a reasonable teaching situation to stimulate students learning motivation;develop the cognitive ability of maps,and form basic geographical skills,carry out team work,improve classroom efficiency;the implementation of " classroom achievement test " is performed,establish students' learning confidence;cultivate study habits,correct learning attitude;closely connected with the reality of life,reflect the practical value of geography;develop a variety of practical activities,cultivate core literacy;integrate modern teaching methods,enhance digital literacy.And in practice to be applied,these had achieved good teaching results,thus students felt the direction methods,confidence in learning junior high school geography,they had improved.
