As a moral education curriculum,senior high school ideological and political courses bear the responsibility of cultivating qualified citizens with national consciousness for the country.As a set of theoretical studies,social awareness,and civic education,"political life" is an important part of high school ideological and political education.National consciousness is also an integral part of civic education.The nature of the curriculum and the specificity of the teaching content of "political life" determine the pertinence of students’ awareness of national awareness.Although the national consciousness of students has not been clearly stated in the "Standard for the Course of Ideological and Political Education in the Common Senior High School(2017 Edition)",its contents and spirit have relied on patriotism education and civic awareness education to penetrate the whole “political life”.Textbooks relying on the high school "political life" class have become a common understanding of students’ national awareness training.Therefore,this article attempts to accurately grasp and define the connotation of national consciousness,and combines curriculum standards with the content of teaching content.It clarifies that high school political life class should cultivate the contents of students’ national consciousness;and combines the questionnaires to clarify the current national students’ consciousness of high school education.The status quot,tracing the causes of the source,seeking effective measures to effectively improve the level of national consciousness training for high school students.This article addresses this issue in four parts.The first part is the introduction.The in-depth development of the current trend of globalization has severely challenged the national concept of nationals of sovereign countries.Domestic high school students have not formed a strong national consciousness and national concept ideologically.Based on this status quot,they are determined on thebasis of earnestly listening to the opinions of instructors.Through the study,it is hoped that the content of high school ideological and political education can be enriched theoretically,and in practice teaching can enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of training senior high school students’ national consciousness.Through consulting the literature,the author clarifies the domestic and foreign students’ national awareness in classroom teaching to cultivate existing research results and existing research gaps.Finally,the research method used in this paper is explained.The second part is an outline of the theory.In this section,first of all,accurately define relevant concepts such as national consciousness,and then combine domestic and international research findings on national consciousness,political life content,curriculum standards,and determine the high school political life lesson to cultivate students ’patriotism.Consciousness,consciousness of national unity,awareness of national sovereignty and awareness of national interests.Finally,the author analyzes the necessity of cultivating students’ national awareness in the teaching of "political life" from the aspects of national development,curriculum development and student development.The third part is the status analysis.In this part,the author combined the experience of education internships and collected first-hand information in the form of questionnaires.It was found that as the country’s overall national strength continues to increase,high school students’ awareness of patriotism,national unity,national sovereignty,and national interest Continuous improvement,but there are also certain problems,there is still much room for improvement.In view of this situation,this article combines the factors of classroom teaching mainly from the aspects of teacher professionalism,student initiative,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,and so on.The fourth part is the teaching strategy.In response to the third part of the article’s questions and analysis of the reasons,this part of the "prescription for the remedy",mainly from improving the quality of professional teachers,trying to make teaching content and current affairs of politics,social life organically,so that the content of teaching life;formative evaluation and The combination of summative evaluation,self-evaluation,andevaluation by others makes the evaluation of teaching scientific.The combination of theoretical teaching and practical operation in teaching,combination of in-class teaching and extra-curricular development makes it possible to diversify teaching methods.The countermeasures were put forward to effectively enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of training students’ national awareness in high school political life teaching.
