Senior high school thought political lesson is basic task of lide,to foster the socialist core values as the fundamental purpose,to help students form correct political direction,to form the correct world outlook,the outlook on life,values,training the core literacy of the students,enhancing the activity and synthesis of social understanding and social participation ability.An interdisciplinary course.There is a close relationship between career education and ideological and political courses.In the high school ideological and political course,career education can help high school students learn how to choose,select and select the major under the background of the reform of the college entrance examination.In the implementation of high school ideological and political course objectives,at the same time,cultivate students' professional quality,develop vocational interest,enhance vocational ability.In view of this,this article takes "career education in high school ideological and political teaching" as the research direction,and through the questionnaire survey,interview method and other methods to study the obstacles in the high school ideological and political teaching career education,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Besides the introduction,this article mainly discusses from four parts:The first part: the meaning,characteristics and content of career education in senior high schools.On the basis of the analysis of the meaning and characteristics of the related concepts of career education,it is necessary to help students to wake up their career awareness,improve their self cognition,improve students' ability to learn and prepare for employment,help students to enhance their professional cognition,guide them to explore and experience their careers,and on the basis of their understanding of themselves and their understanding of their profession,The main contents of career education in senior high schools are discussed in four aspects:guiding students to make career decisions.The second part: the significance of career education in high school ideological and political teaching.It is of great significance and value to carry out career education in the teaching of Ideological and political course in high school.It mainly includes three aspects: it is beneficial to adapt to the new situation of the reform of the college entrance examination,to meet the needs of students' self development,and to improve the effectiveness of the teaching of Ideological and political courses.The third part: the current situation of senior high school students' career cognition and the obstacles to carry out career education in high school ideological and political teaching.Through the observation method,the questionnaire survey method,the interview method to collect the relevant information,according to the obtained data analysis the present high school students' career career cognition status,as well as the obstacles to the career education in the high school ideological and political teaching.Through the survey,we find that the self-awareness of senior high school students needs to be improved;professional cognition and professional cognition are scarce;career decision-making and career management ability are insufficient.It also analyzes the obstacles to career education in the high school ideological and political course,which includes four aspects: the limitation of the consciousness and ability of the teacher's career education;the lack of the development of the curriculum resources of the career education;the teaching method is not conducive to the improvement of the students' Professional ability;the pressure on the student's promotion is limited to their occupation.Career management.The fourth part: through the analysis of the obstacles faced by the career education in the high school ideological and political course,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies to strengthen the career education in the high school ideological and political course,and improve the consciousness and ability of the career education of the ideological and political teachers,the content of teaching,the teaching methods and the improvement of the teaching methods.The teaching evaluation and other four aspects put forward specific measures,in order to cultivate students' career awareness,improve students' vocational ability and guide students to career management.And in explaining how to improve the ideological and politicalteaching in high schools,it lists practical teaching cases and evaluation cases.
