The underachiever are the group of students that could not study as well as other students with normal sense organs and intelligence under school education system.With the progress of the times,everyone has the right to education,everyone needs access to education.But now,the underachiever has become a particularly prominent issue.How to do a good job in the education of underachiever is an important issue in front of the majority of educators.This paper uses a combination of theory and practice approach to the author's school students study,designs the reasonable questionnaire on learning situation of Yanshi high school,analyzes the result of the questionnaires respectively,especially superior and backward students,and draws tables according to the research result,Through these,we can have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding about the underachiever so that we can shoot the arrow at the target.In the process of writing,reading a large number of relevant literatre,collecting and analyzingthe existing research information,enrich the theoretical knowledge of the backward students.Through the analysis,we find:the main reason is due to the non-intellectual factors,among which the method,interest,willpower and the attitude are very prominent.And by analyzing the date,draw the conclusion:most of the underachiever can understand their problems in learning chemistry,and they can draw up a plan to improve themselves.So on the basis of these,it is obvious that the underachiever can all enhance.Faced with the trouble of chemistry classroom teaching,mangy knowledgeable researchers researched into the chemistry teaching strategies deeply and came up with many profound insights,without doubt brought in a new idea like spring wind for the deadly silence chemistry classroom teaching.In chemistry teaching,aiming at the characteristics of underachiever and the present situation of learning,the author has developed effective teaching strategies.After collecting data and visiting many teachers of chemistry,it is concluded that the "six steps of learning method" is an effective method.This paper makes a detailed study of the "six steps of learning method".there are six focusing steps in the"six steps of learning method".they are self-study,communication,exploration,reminder,feedback,expansion.To make the chemistry classroom teaching strategies play its role in the course of being carried out,exploratory improvement has been made on the "six steps of learning method".I hope achieve these goals:excite the learning interest of the poor students,change their attitude to learning,form the good habit of learning,and let them study actively in class,so that they can improve their self-learning ability.Through the teaching experiment,it has been proved that the "six steps of learning method" is feasible and is good for fostering students cooperation spirit,innovation idea and for improving the teaching quality and teaching effect.The purpose of this study is to recognize the underachiever in chemistry of Yanshi Senior High School,so as to make further education in the implementation of comprehensive.The practise proves:if we improve our teaching conception and teaching method,the students with learning difficulties could be converted.But through the teaching example,the author that:In the application process of the "six steps of learning method",it well be more effective if we are more flexible.
