Learning difficulty is always accompanied by the education, each of the countries in the implementation of education are faced with such a problem. With the increase of age and grade, the number of students learning difficulties is increasing. The poor students of the formation is affected by many factors, such as students’psychology, interest, intelligence factors, family factors, subject characteristics, teacher, school environment..Chemistry is a discipline that studies the composition, structure, properties and application of matter. Himself in the actual work found high school chemistry learning disabled students in particular, to help students overcome the psychological obstacles in learning and chemistry discipline of learning disabilities, this paper to our school high, high school and middle school grade science students as the research object, through questionnaire investigation learning difficulties in senior high school chemistry students learning situation, the data analysis, find reasons for the formation of the sleepy. In view of these circumstances, the research on the operational strategy of the transformation, some preliminary conclusions are drawn. In the study of the transformation strategy of students’learning difficulties, the study focuses on the role of "four step teaching method" in improving students’learning initiative and developing good learning habits. The thrust of the four step teaching method is let students to participate fully in to the classroom, problem solving in strengthening learning strategies, within the team cooperation, team cooperation and competition in order to improve the efficiency of the classroom, students of different levels to give different evaluation system, in order to stimulate the learning difficulty students can actively participate in the classroom. Classroom model for autonomous learning, cooperation and exchange, extension and training class.This paper consists of six parts. The first part is the introduction, which briefly introduces the research of the subject, the present situation of the domestic and foreign students, and the purpose, object and method of the research. The second part is the investigation and analysis of the causes of the high school students, including the concept definition of the students and the questionnaire survey and analysis results. The third part is the cause analysis and classification of learning difficulties, which is mainly summarized as internal and external factors. The fourth part is to study the reasons for the formation of students’learning difficulties, combined with the actual work of the transformation strategy, including the transformation from the students themselves and from external causes to help students change. The fifth part is the practice of "four step teaching method" which is advocated by the school. The sixth part summarizes the reflection, the research methods, the implementation process and the research significance of further reflection. It is hoped that this study can help to improve the teaching of chemistry in the future and improve the comprehensive development of students.
