With the rapid development of science and technology,mobile communication technologies have become increasingly sophisticated,and electronic devices such as mobile phones,tablets,notebooks,and Kindle have been widely integrated into people's daily lives and become important carriers for education,entertainment,communications,and business activities.Mobile learning abandoned the time and space constraints,different from traditional face-to-face teaching,with mobility,personalized,informal and other characteristics,is based on “learner-centered” self-learning.Mobile learning is characterized by flexible learning time,simple learning content and short course setting,which is loved by the new generation of migrant workers with heavy workload and heavy burden on life.A series of cognitive problems triggered by mobile learning also attract attention.Cognition is the process that learners acquire knowledge through intelligent processing of the brain.Cognitive impairment is the abnormality of the brain in the process of intelligent integration of information,resulting in changes in the memory,thinking,and emotions of the learner.At present,the study on cognitive impairment is focused on the various cognitive problems in the medical field and the specific subjects of primary and secondary schools.Matching the manifestation of cognitive impairment in medicine with the cognitive problems encountered by migrant workers in the new generation in mobile learning.It is of theoretical and practical significance to explore strategies and methods for problem solving and to explore ways to solve the cognitive impairment of new-generation migrant workers in mobile learning.By investigating the new generation of migrant workers' mobile learning status,we have analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the current generation of migrant workers' mobile learning.It points out that the cognitive problems in mobile learning are the important factors that affect the new generation of migrant workers mobile learning.Subsequently,we may determine the definition of the concepts involved and the scope of the study.Based on the guidance of information processing theory,constructivism theory and lifelong education thought,this paper analyze the characteristics of mobile learning resources and the cognitive characteristics in detail of new generation migrant workers in mobile learning.Both questionnaires and interviews were used to understand the current situation and existing cognitive problems of the new generation of migrant workers and to further classify the types of problems of cognitive impairment in mobile learning.
