A Study On The Cultivation And Management Of The Student Leaders In Secondary Vocational Schools

In recent years,China's vocational education is booming,followed by the students number increase and the increasingly complex student management.Thus the students team management,which is the management of backbone students of secondary schools,is particularly important.However,in the current management system,the cultivation of such a student team is somewhat lagging behind.And it is already an urgent subject in secondary vocational school students management,as how to rely on the secondary school the student leaders'characteristics and advantages in a scientific and reasonable way to develop them and their team as well.This paper mainly adopts the method of combining theory with practice,taking Suzhou Industrial Park Industrial Technology School as an example,using the existing theoretical knowledge to describe the existing situation of the student leaders in secondary vocational schools,and finds out the problems in backbone students management of secondary vocational school students and analysis of the problems is also given.And then strategies to improve the level of training and management is put forward.The introduction part includes the reasons for this topic,research status,research value,theoretical basis,research content and research methods.In the secondary vocational school students,the core of the backbone of the secondary school students,from the Suzhou Industrial Park Industrial Technology School to start an empirical investigation,respectively,the relevant leaders,teachers,students to interview the backbone of the master First-hand information,and then analyzed the status of the backbone management of secondary vocational school students.The problems and causes of the cultivation and management of the backbone of the secondary vocational school students are analyzed.Through the thorough investigation and study,it is found that the problems of the student leaders cultivation of the secondary vocational school students are as follows:The importance of the student leaders training is recognized,while its training model does not commensurate with the results;we have the selection,evaluation procudures of the student leaders,but they did not make up a relatively strong system.Still,the relevant incentives,evaluation mechanism are not perfect;headteachers and student management teachers failed to train them with proper way and content as students expected.Besides,supervision and management of them is not in place;backbone students training effect is not significant,and there is a lack of training resources,etc..Based on all the above,analysis of the problems is given.The strategy of improving the backbone of the secondary school students in the cultivation and management of the backbone,which include leaders at all levels,managers,teachers improve the cultivation and management of backbone students and attach importance to the student leaders' cultivation and management,establish a scientific and standardized backbone students selection mechanism,set a more comprehensive backbone students cultivation mechanism and a better incentive mechanism and assessment system to provide the cultivation and management of the student leaders with the security system.Backbone students cultivation and management is a systematic and complex project.Still,it is a conscience project.Only through the good cooperation of all school departments,department leaders and teachers can we make the smooth development of this work.
