This study explores the level of motivation, job satisfaction and job performance in a workplace, and tries to determine the relationship between these concepts using a case study of elementary school teachers in Eritrea.A survey of elementary school teachers was undertaken in August 2017.A sample of 120 teachers was drawn using systematic random sampling from the population of elementary school teachers in Eritrea.Rank and point score system was used to analyze the levels of motivation, job satisfaction as well as job performance of the teachers. It is found that, overall, their job satisfaction ratings are lower compared to their motivation or their job performance ratings. To analyze the data, regression analysis was used to determine the relationship between the concepts/constructs.It is found that job satisfaction is positively highly statistically related to motivation. Moreover, job performance is found to be positively related to job satisfaction, although the relationship is not statistically significant.
